Release Form Advice Needed Can't Post

Recently shot a Mardi Gras ball (for free) for a charity event with over 400 people. Ninety-nine percent of the scenes are people attending the event--drinking, eating, dancing, having a good time, etc. One person came and asked if this was for a network (I said no) and then she asked if I had release forms (I said no, didn't think I needed to bring them) and then she requested that I not use her image, which is fine.
Question: If the final video is to be used for marketing purposes for the non-profit organization, what concerns should I have about getting releases? There are also two known "celebrities" on tape as well. Do I need to get their permission?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Re: Release Form Advice Needed Can't Post

You need to check with the event organizer. Purchase of a ticket may have released the rights for promotional use etc.
I know a lot of conventions do things like that, or will place a large sign at the entrance announcing there will be photos/video taken during the event that will be used for xyz purposes, and by entering you are agreeing to the use of your image/likeness.
Also considering it was for a charity,, if it's for promo purposes etc most will probably not pose a problem, although those that drank excessively and acted badly would care, but then the organization probably would not use those shots anyway.
that's my buck 380.
