Rookie starting out... Can't Post

After reading the many opinions related to my first wedding video sample I decided to re-do it. This version is more contemporary yet it creates the same feel. Keep in mind that I'm a rookie and this was my first wedding. I used entry level equip including a Sony DV one chip camera and did the editing on IMovie 2.1
The video sample is 4.25 mins and I tried to create my own style which is somewhat different then most of the wedding samples I've seen. I hope to use this new sample to gain more business which will help start my new business. I do plan to upgrade my equip soon. I'm presently looking into cost effective ways to set up a web site. Ideas are welcome.
Please give opinions about my new sample. Here is the link...

PS....This board is great and I'm learning everyday. Thank you
Rich

I specialize in this style of wedding video. I shot 4 in the last 6 weeks. I use these as music videos for the Bride & Groom to show there friends and family at the top of there regular footage (It gets me all kinds of referrals). Although I don't consider myself a pro, people tell me I'm a natural, and by the number of referal I get I must be doing something right.
I come from a music production back ground, so I think a have a nack for timing.
That said, I think you did a great job for your first time out, although I didn't see your 1st cut .
My comments are this:
The music selection is very important to the feel of what you are trying to get across . Weddings above all else are about romance and the dream factor. Every girl wants to be the Princess. So when you are trying to sell services with your promo, who are you really selling to? Mainly the Bride. I say this to say 2 things
1. The music should be a bit more romantic, so when that potential female client is watching she can feel herself there. Your not selling your business, your selling a dream.
2. If you going for the more contemporary feel, then don't shoot traditional. Try lower angles, higher angles, pan on a arc from one side to the other for some shots if possible. Break up the monotony so it looks more intresting.
Just some food for thought.
