Sport Highlight Video Can't Post

Does anyone have any experence producing High School Sport highlight DVDs for colleges? I would like to do this on the side, but have no idea how to get started. How do advertise? Can you pull it off with a consumer camera? How do you price it? Is business constent? I know thats a lot of questions, thanks

I know that it is becoming a popular venture to do sports highlight videos.I dont think you would need a 3CCD set-up.I would guess any MiniDv or Digital 8 would suffice. I to would like to hear from someone that has some pointers on starting this side of the video business.

After doing them for friends kids for years I started up a side business editing and putting them together. i do offer to shoot them but find that it is too pricey for most kids and quite frankly, most coaches want to see game film anyway. Quality of camera work is not anywhere close to as impostant as the ability to show skills that coaches want to see. As gfar as team highlight...editing them is common sense.
