Standard Quote form for Corporate Videos	Can't Post

Hi,
I'm looking for a sample quote form for producing a corporate video.
The company that is my prospective client has already got tenders from established production companies, but I have a chance to get this as my first corporate job through my contacts within the company.
I'm confident I can deliver a great end product with my DV gear and RT2000 NLE kit, but I have no idea of how to put together the winning quote submission.
Any help much appreciated.

Video Producer" includes a winning proposal that is easy
to customize for different clients.

I heard about your course, it sounds very interesting.
What would be the quickest way of getting my hands on it here in Australia?
Obviously, I don't have all that much time left to get my proposal together...
