Suggestions for music - auditors' management seminar Can't Post

This was posted on the Wedding & Event Forum but, perhaps, it more correctly belongs here:-

I am about to start on a video which is covering a Senior Management Seminar for a large auditing organisation. The delegates are all accountants - mainly in their 40s to 50s - with the odd 30 something's.

I need some music to start the video - it will run for a few minutes - covering glimpses of the hotel, delegates arriving and registering. We then move to the convention centre, with a few brief shots of the delegates assembling, followed by the address of the CEO.

The organisation regards itself as hardworking and dynamic - transforming itself into a force to be reckoned with in the 21st Century. They are trying to shake off the image of accountants as "Little grey people".

Any suggestions? Cheers

Perhaps something on the Pan-flute by Zamfir would get them a rockin' or maybe Yanni would get their blood flowing! Shocked

Thanks Bob

To me, neither of those says, "Dynamic - a force to be reckoned with ...", if you know what I mean?

Cheers

Howard,
I'm sure you realized that was a 'tongue-in-cheek' response.
My humble attempt at levity.
I'm sure even accounts would be up-lifted by the same music that gets your and my blood flowing. I know some accountants that regularly go to rock concerts and ride Harley's on the weekends. My former neighbor, a good friend and a CPA Tax accountant has his very informal office heavily decorated with Elvis, Stone's, Marylyn and Star Trek memorabilia. He is a high end, very expensive accountant and wears Hawaiian shirts and printed Tee’s to work. So at least some of them are ‘real’ down to earth folks.

Thanks Bob

We did suggest Black Eyed Peas "Lets Get Started" for the kick off - the response was, "You must remember that these are Auditors .......". Last year they had gentle - that is the easy route. I did think of The Raiders March - from Raiders of the Lost Arc. Wink Somewhat dated and pedestrian.

I really would like to use another dated one - the theme from Rocky - sort of martial call to action. I wonder - it is all about an imaginary white world heavyweight boxing champion. Unsure The organisation is trying to transform itself in line with affirmative action. I still might give that one a shot and bounce it off them.

The choice has to get past the front line staff, the CEO then the Auditor General of South Africa.

Cheers
