Texas Production Houses or Event Videographers willing to outsurce Can't Post

Hello every one. I´an an efficient Avid editor, and also AE composer an 3D animator. I live in the Mexico-Texas border (mexican side) and I´m looking to do freelance editing and/or animating in the Dallas, Hoston or San Antonio areas.
The mechanic of the work can be this: I pick up digital copies of the originals in your oficce, discuss the proyect, establish rates and delivery dates, and return to my place to do the job.

I own an Avid workstation and a Pinnacle ProOne Station. Also own a JVC GY-DV500, for product shots or another kind of job that can be done this side of the border.

I can help you with that job you took with a lower rate, or that wedding you dont have the time to finish. You name it.

I have family that is well established in the Dallas area, and can respond for me and my work ethics.

And as you guessed, Juan Doe is not my real name, I´m protecting my family´s privacy, and want to get a sense of the response to my offer before I give all my data to you.

Thanks

Have you gone through the taftp directory? If not hit taftp.com. You can order a hard copy or go through the directory online.
You should also think about using your real name and maybe a link to some of your work when trying to market yourself. Especially when going for unsupervised gigs posessing priceless elements.

Tanks for the link, grinner. You are right about the link
for my work and I´ll be doing it soon. The annonymus thing
is a request from my family, sorry.
About the materials, that is why I suggest using digital copies.
I have a high speed connection and a laptop, so I can be supervised
in a regular basis.
Thanks again for the TAFTP link.

When I was freelancing in Dallas, Roby Bass at Bass Communications use to keep me quite busy. I havn't talked with him a few years but drop him a line and see what he's got going on. When I edited for him he had a Stratosphere and a linear bay and I worked with both. Dunno what he has now but it's worth a call.
good luck, man.
