I just want to take a moment and thank you publically Hal for your kindness.
Just a few posts down I asked for your assistance in a matter and you helped me tremendously.
As of right now I am restructuring the Proposal and Business of Video Guide to begin marketing to the industrial folks in my area. The first on the list is a Technical School that came to me a couple of months ago, viewed some of my work, and asked for an estimate on an 8 minute promo video for CD. They asked that I make the estimate on the high side.
Well I am not exactly comfortable with this generic approach and so your producers course is going into full swing in helping me restructure a new proposal which will be more specific and to the point.
I will also give them the guide to creating an effective video and production budget.
So here is hoping I get the bid.
I will now ask a question in another thread.
