Training video pricing... Can't Post

I am considering working with a former employer on filming and editing a training video for them. I worked there for 9 years driving forklift, so knowing what needs to be in this training video will not be a problem. The problem lies in what I should charge them. They feel that I "OWE" them a favor since I worked for them for 9 years...I feel I was "SCREWED" for 9 years, that's why I looked into other employment options. I was thinking that I could do the 30 minute training video for $100.00 per finished minute and feel that I have cut them a "DEAL" and also feel that I did not undersell myself knowing that this should be an easy project. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated, this will be my first training video...but I am VERY confident that the finished product will be great. What is the standard pricing for a corporate training video?? I thought I had read here before that $1000.00 per finished minute is not uncommon. Let me know...thanks in advance.

Hi Larry,
I charge $1,500.00 per finished minute for a corporate video. I have charged less but with less
bells and whistles.
For 100.00 a minute your still getting screwed by your previous employer.
A question I would like to ask: There seems to be a lot of animosity between you and your previous company,
Why would you work on a project like this? The back and forth problems
could be a real headache, in addition, I would figure out the costs as close as possible to completion and get payment up front.
Personally, I would find another videographer for the job and take a cut
on the job. You could consult for the project.
Just a thought.
Good luck, jes
