UnAuthorized Distribution Can't Post

I produced a how to video and I am distributing with an on demand distributor. A couple of months ago I sent my video to another distributor for their review. I never heard back from them even after I tried emailing the company.

A couple of days ago I saw they were listing my video on their website for sale, and they do not have any permission to do so.

Does anyone have any experience with this sort of problem, I haven't contacted them about this because I suppose right now I could catch them in the act of selling my content and keeping all the proceeds.

I don't have the money for a high price legal team, I was wondering if there were any other options.

Thanks for any help.

You should contact them and discuss your percentage of their sales of your video.
If they are not receptive you should have an attorney send them a cease and desist demand. You sometimes have to bite the bullet and pay a lawyer to protect your rights and this seems like the time.
I assume you put a © symbol on your work.

And if you need more leverage, contact the ISP that is hosting the web site. Tell them a person is breaking copyright laws on their server and you will hold both the ISP and the copyrifringer responsible. This works very quickly because no ISP wants that kind of client or headaches.
