What should I charge for a non-profit Video Project? Can't Post

I got a job to do a video project for a non-profit orgination. I will have to record 5 to 6, 2 hour long workshops and 2 Board meetings plus record 3 interviews that are about 1/2 an hour long. All of this is to be done in 4 months with music & animated grapics on a non-liner system. What should I charge?

Charge a non-profit organization the same as you would any other organization. Estimate your time spent in planning, in shooting, and in editing. Estimate your travel expenses. Figure in any crew you'll have to hire or equipment you'll have to rent. Then add in your overhead and your profit.
