reality series Can't Post

I have an idea for a reality series and would like to know if anyone has any ideas on marketing it to a network?
I also was wondering about copyright of the idea so that no one decides they are going to do the same thing any suggestions?
I have the pilot shot and am currently working on other episodes but right now I am using my out of pocket money to produce! And would really love the backing of a network!

Ideas cannot be copyrighted...only specific arrangements of words or images.

That's great! Most networks will want to see a pilot in the can before they'll talk to you.
Get a lawyer before you sign anything.

Actually, get an entertainment attorney now. Trust me, it's money well spent.
