A higher percentage figure for "Return on Capital Employed" (profits as a percentage of money and debt used to earn it) or "Margin" (profits as a percentage of revenue)

I'd say ROC. That tells me how effectively I am using the money I've invested in my business. Margins, on the other hand, just tell me how much it costs me to sell what I do.
