www.HowTo-Videos.com - Any ideas? Can't Post

Through a recent purchase agreement I aquired the domain "www.howto-videos.com" and am avidly searching for a good business plan on how best to use this resource.
I am a Web Developer by trade, so creating a killer web site with shopping cart, etc. poses no problems for me. Getting how-to video content, on the other hand, does.
I am an active hobbyist videogrpher with a few videos under my belt (Mostly wedding, events and Church Meetings) and in the process of shooting a Few How-To videos myself.
In order to make this site an active community quickly, I will be required to come up with some other method of creating content besides myself.
I have contacted a number of how-to video suppliers already, and all seem interested in making their tapes available on the web site... but I have yet to figure out how I am going to charge, ship, package and distribute these items.
What I am asking is a long shot, but does anyone have any ideas on what I should do?
If I get a percentage kick back, but have the how-to supplier ship the product, I will run into fulfillment problems. At the same time I dont want to go out and buy 100 copies of some how-to video at a discount and resell them in hopes that I can make my money back.
If anyone is seriously interested in this project, and can forsee mutually beneficial profits in the future, please contact me.
Thanks,
Dan
