4 track audio problems with sony dvw-510p	Can't Post

Hi not really sure if this is the right section for this post but I am having a problem with audio on the unit above.
I have a digi beta master which has 4 track audio. The editor who compiled this tape no longer works with us and we have no real in-house experts on the Sony DVW-510 digi beta player.
I can see the 4 meters bouncing that says there is audio on 4 tracks but can only manage to make Channels 1 & 2 be heard.
Can anyone help? There are big chunks of audio missing from the presentation... I know it's there but can't get it... and of course... client is jumping up and down..
