Anyone Know how I can talk to a Westwood Sony rep directly	Can't Post

I need a repair done on my camera and was hoping to get an over the phone quote. However on there number I just get a recording and driving directions. Anyone know another number?? This is the sony factory repair center in Westwood Massachusetts.
