Anyone filming in 16:9 using PD170?	Can't Post

Hi,
,
My husband and I film weddings and we use a sony pd170. We have always filmed in 4:3m mode but was wondering about filming using its 16:9 mode. We have done a small amount of filming in this mode and when put through our editing program (Liquid 6.1) using a 16:9 timeline it appears to play full screen on a widescreen tv and look fairly good.

Is any one filming 16:9 with this camera or are you all filming 4:3?

Is the quality reduced that much that when applying slow mo effects etc that it will look bad?

Any help or ideas appreciated.
