Broken seals on vx2000 Can't Post

hi,
I bought a new VX2000 and after a few days I noticed a small speck on the inside of the lens. After I returned it to the local dealer, he said they can't exchanged it, because he can't see it. But , they can service it by blowing high pressured air into the inside of the lens. My question to you is, if they do this, are they breaking any factory seals or affecting some sort of vaccum inside the lens ? Should I be worried ? The thing is, I regret sending it back, because this speck didn't show up on playback. It only showed up when I turned the focus ring all the way so that the lens hood was in focus.
Any advice is greatly appreciated ,.

Thanks,
Adam.
