Cleaning PD-170	Can't Post

Hi all, I just bought a PD-170. It was a demo model so it accumulated some marks on the lens hood (rubber). Does anyone ever have this problem and what do you use to remove them? I'm sure that I will be seeing more marks in the future after some usage and I like to keep my equipment nice.
