Coldest Weather shot? Can't Post

What's the coldest weather you guys have ever shot footage in?

I've got a pd150 and was wondering what's the lowest temp. you can record in without causing any damage to the camera.

I have shot while skiing. Down in the 20 deg range before wind chill. I was more worried about losing my fingers to frost bite than doing damage to the camera if the truth be told. I think the camera can take more than I can.

Hey - It really depends on how the weather is.......if its snowing out (hard) then I would be more worried about getting the camera wet or getting condensation in it......I've taken it to 5 Degrees Far. (Skiing) (Not snowing, just FREEZING cold) I've also taken a GL1 to about 25 Degrees, but it was snowing, got home and had to dry out the inside for a few days cuz condensation got in.......Like the other reply, worry about snow or blowing snow (if any) cuz the camera will out last you in that cold of temp.

I was in Winter Park a couple of winters ago. It was my first real attempt to shoot and ski. So far I am not particularly happy with my skiing footage so I am reluctant to offer anyone else advice. I really like Warren Miller's videos and often wonder how he manages to get some of his shots. Really great stuff.
