Death Lens For VX-2000!! skateboard filmers pleaz Can't Post

Attention all that have used the .3x fisheye for the vx-2000, skateboard filmers preferably.....
Hello, i would just like to get the opinion of someone who uses the .3x fisheye for the vx-2000 filming skateboarding because i defintely am making the move to it. However, i have heard it is not as wide..and even on the century site the angle is less...however..from personal experience..is it still extremely good in skateboarding? i am looking for mad barrel distortion, and clarity..are the main things i want...i still want that same good bend it gives the vx-1000, and the same clear image quality...so if anyone can help me who has used it for skateboarding i would much appreciate it thanks
Dan

I have been filming with the lens on the VX2G and I love it. Super crisp, nice distortion. It isn't as wide as the VX1000 but I see this as an advantage as you don't have to be one inch away from the skater to get a good shot risking getting hit with a flyaway board. You can stay a safe 4-6 inches away and still get the whole picture....this lens is still very wide and provides a nice image...and the bayonet mount is amazing.

I got mine through my work and they pre ordered it from Century direct. They bought like 10 of them so they got them for around the same price you would get it from Adorama at just under $700
