you should buy raicoat and snaow filter len.

I have gotten great results with PC 110 and a UV filter. The camera was used between -2 C down to -12 C approx. and I kept it in a padded bag between shootings. If you leave you skiing rods and just ski holding the camera you can get amazing results.
