Getting Project To VHS Can't Post

Is there any cheap way to get a project from your computer to a VHS tape without losing quality?

no matter what, you lose Can't Post

No matter what you do, you are still going down to 240 lines with VHS. You WILL lose quality.

Frustrating - ain't it? I myself am impatiently waiting for the digital recording devices to get within an affordable price range.
