Here's what NAB has to say on the CCD S/N Can't Post

On the other end of the format spectrum, Sony finally debuted the follow-up to its groundbreaking VX-1000 MiniDV camcorder, the new DSR-PD150 ($3900), which is DV/DVCAM switchable this time. Sony says it’s twice as sensitive to light, has 2 to 6db better S/N and reduced smear, and needs a minimum 2 lux illumination. What’s immediately different is the black-and-white viewfinder, color LCD panel on the side, dual XLR jacks, and set-able time code in DF/NDF or Rec Run/Free Run modes.
