How to get XLR to mini-plug for Sony TRV950 Can't Post

I'm looking buying an Azden 400UDR/41BT wireless setup. I'm curious how to get the XLR output of the 400UDR to the mini-plug camera mic input.

Do I need a mixer? or something like the XLR-Pro?

You may find some help with the attached document. Unfortunatly. You'll probably lose about 14db in the process since balanced audio spec is +4db and unbalanced (ie, stereo mini) is I believe -10db at 0VU. Hope this helps.
