Looking for wide angle lense for Sony VX2000 Can't Post

I am wanting to purchase a Sony VCL-HGO758 wide angle lense that is like the one that comes with the PD170. I can't find it by doing a search on the web. Does anyone have an idea where I can find one? I want it for my VX2000.
Thanks

I use a Canon 0.8 one, designed for the E10, with an adapter ring!

Workd well on either the VX2000 & Dsr 250

Check out the Raynox lenses. Much lighter than what comes with the Sony. Many of us on the event board recently purchased the .3 . It was around $100.

The .3 Raynox is a great choice for a very wide/fisheye look, but you'll find that you can only zoom through halfway. It's better for obtaining a specific look, and not so much for general use.
For full zoom through with no vignetting (on the VX-2100 anyway), the Canon WD58 is an excellent choice. It's a lot lighter than the Sony WA's, and much more affordable than Century glass. Many of us on the Wedding/Event board use it, and I think that most would agree that it is an awesome lens.
I think that B&H carries it for around $175.00, thats pretty much the best price I've seen on a new one. The optional lens hood is recommended for outdoor shooting to avoid flare.

The lens hood comes with the lens at B&H.
Look at what's included.

By the way, it's a great lens. Get one yesterday.

Indeed it does, thanks for the correction Renny. WD-58H...
eBay has the lens (sans hood) here: http://cgi.ebay.com/...3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1
