MX4-DV by Focus Enhancements Can't Post

I have a MX4-DV,actually I now have a replacement. Since the first time I used it I had problems. I am trying to find out if anyone else has had a similar problem. The replacement does the same thing my original did. Here is the problem - When running 2 firewire connected video camera through the mixing board I have problems with the screen just going black for no apparent reason. The screen goes black for about 5 to 10 seconds and then returns to normal. The folks on the tech line don't seem to have ever heard of this. Has anyone else had this similar problem????????

Re: [scubamaster] MX4-DV by Focus Enhancements [In reply to] Can't Post

The one I bought does this every once in a while. Seems to be a bug - normally the signal comes back after a few seconds or by power cycling the unit. It doesn't particularly bother me too much, but then again I'm not using for live events very much. I can see where this would be a big problem in front of a live audience. Hopefully Focus Enhancements will release some sort of firmware update to address the problem...
