PD 150 Goes into standby while shooting Can't Post

My PD 150 suddenly goes into standby mode while I am taping. I am running on battery power. Battery is fine. It has done this on 3 occasions, after 30 minutes or so of taping and after 80-90 minutes of taping. Camera resumes immediately when I hit record button. Also, sometimes when I stop camera, it will show a blue screen and some shuttling back and forth on the t/c on screen (2-4 seconds) before it stops and I can tape again. This last blue screen problem happens when I am taking a lot of short shots - stopping and starting a lot. Any ideas why this is happening and what to do?
