PD 150 steadycam or shoulder harness Can't Post

Hi, i do weddings and a lot of the time i find myself needing to hold the camera rather than put it on a tripod. What is the best way to do this and keep it steady. The PD150 can be pretty heavy once you put the wireless receiver, the light, and the long lasting battery on it. I have a flowpod, but i just don't like the way it works. I think a shoulder harness or something that keeps it really steady would be great. is there anything out there that isn't overly expensive that anyone has used and just loves?
Thanks!
