Problem: sound playback on the VX2000	Can't Post

I really don't know what is wrong here...
We made a little intro for a skateboardmovie using Adobe Premiere 5.1. We recorded it to the cam using Firewire. The intro contains some WAV-sounds followed by music.
Now here's the problem:
- a Canon GL1/XM1 plays back every sound used in the edit.
- another Panasonic miniDV cam also plays back everything
- the VX2000 doesn't play back the WAV-files-part but plays the music !!!
how is this possible?? Anyone?

Update:
I went back to the shop where I bought the VX2000E and guess what: the same problem on ANOTHER VX2000E!!!!!!
We tried a Sony PC1: no problem! Also we tried some other JVC & Panasonic cams: no problem!
I contacted Sony and (of course) they tell me that they never heard about this problem before. But that guy tells me to send back my cam (including the mini-DV tape) so it can be fixed!!
I think this is the procedure to reproduce this problem:
- use some wav-files in your production
- send it to tape using a Canon XM1/GL1
- try to play that tape in a VX2000

Is there anyone out there with both cams? Could you try that please? (maybe this problem is only with the european models?)

and again an update...
The sound files aren't really the problem..
The problem is a graphical file in the movie!! Wnever there is a title or a logo used in the movie the sound won't play on the video out!! Even worse: no image or sound at all through firewire!!
(Tried this on 2 different VX2000! Both didn't work!!)
