Skate Lines With VX 1000 Can't Post

I was just wondering if anybody had any tips on how to get the whole subject in the shot while shooting a skateboard line with the VX 1000 and a .3 fisheye? Because I'm used to using an LCD screen

what are you talking about, if you are using a .3 all you have to do is follow the skater and have the camera in the general direction.

kinda get a feel for the shot not moving first like the distance from whoever your shooting, tilt the camera back about 30 degrees
make a few trial passes watch them back
