VX1000 and Glidecam ? Can't Post

Can I use the Glidecam 2000 with the VX1000, or is it too heavy and require the Glidecam 4000?

Thanks

Yes you can use the 2000. I have one for my pd-170. But I have also used the camera with the 4000 and find the 4000 much smoother and easier to balance. Only drawback is it weighs more.

Thanks for the info, Julie. I actually went out and bought the Glidecam 2000, and sure enough it works great. The balancing is a bit tricky, but it's now an awesome tool! I love it.

Thanks again!

(by the way, I've been building a plane - a Kitfox Classic IV - for about 5 years now. Can't wait to finish it, so I'll have a new video platform!)

Is the handle on the 2000 adjustable up and down? Or is it balanced by the weights on the bottom?

Thanks!
