What voltage and Amps? Can't Post

Does anyone know what the Amp and voltage inputs are for the vx1000 power pack (should be written on a vx1000 mains power adaptor). I would buy one from Sony only they're ridiculously priced and would rather by an AC adapter from my local electronics shop. I’m in the UK, don’t know if that will make any difference to the input voltages etc, shouldn’t have thought so though.
Thanks in advance
Kia

You can use 7.2 to 8.4 volts with 750mA to 1.5A.
