Which MINI DV to BUY Can't Post

Good day to all. I am currently in the market for a new Digital Camcorder. I am a current owner of a Sony D8 TRV740 which has been great but I want something more compact, lighter as well. I want to stay with Sony, guessing it will have to be a Mini DV but not sure which model. I do my editing with my apple which needs to be compatible. any help or info appreciated. Thanks
