export problems in premiere 5.1	Can't Post

i'm using a DV500 system bulit by a place down here in scotland and everything was working gravy until i tried to export my movie to mpeg4 internet file. It worked 4 times but now two messages come up saying "An error occured while making the movie. -1" then another one comes up saying "An error occured. Error writing file (disk full)?" can anyone remedy this problem?? I have tried saving the file into different directories, my hard discs both have over 20gigs spare each and the file im compressing is only a minute long. Help me please!!!!!
