pd-150, what's wrong with my camera?	Can't Post

Hi everyone, my pd-150 has started displaying blueish streaks, wavey type textures during shooting. It goes off and on without notice. Has anyone had this problem before? If so, what it causing this to happen? I was told it may be bad capacitors, or CCD. It displays on the LCD and is also recording to tape. I purchased the camera back in 2003 and have never sent it in for any kind of repair. It's been rock solid otherwise. I've attached a clip for you all to see.
