quick release for PD 150	Can't Post

Hi all.
I'm looking for suggestions on a good quick release plate for the pd 150. I use a bogen 3066 head. I know it's overkill, but I get real nice pans and tilts. Any thoughts?
Also, I have a Sima SL-7 on camera light for the pd 150. I'm wondering what batteries to use for this light. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
