using cameras in an ice rink Can't Post

Does any have experience with using cameras to videotape hockey games, how do you keep cameras warm?

Yes we have hockey rinks in the desert, the ice doeas melt very fast, so play time is shorter

Re: [lee hopper] using cameras in an ice rink [In reply to] Can't Post

I run the video boards in a sports arena and have been doing Hockey for 8 years now. The cameras get cool, but not cold enough to affect them. During the game we have a camera right behind the glass and it runs great. That camera goes out on the ice for special events before the game and during period breaks. I never had a camera get cold enough for it not to work.
