Can Panasonic AG-DVC 15 work with 24fps	Can't Post

I have Panasonic AG-DVC 15E, in the rec mode there are 2 options normal or frame. i try use the frame mode and runs like 24 fps is that true 24 fps like Panasonic AG-DVX 100 or am i mistaken
please help??
