DVD compression problem Can't Post

I'm having a problem on my G5. When importing audio & video into dvd studio pro, the video clip is shorter than the audio. After doing the following:
exporting from final cut pro as a quicktime "setting DV NTSC 48 KHZ", save, run video thru compressor at "setting MPEG-2 120MIN high quality end code" I then take the audio thru a.pack "setting audio coding: 2/0 l,r data rate 224 kbps -31 d BFS. Under processing, I do none. I encode it. It has always worked in the past, but now it is making my audio longer than the video. The only thing I can think of that is different is I installed motion 2 and it upgraded my compressor and now the write out on compression now looks different. But then I went to my G4 and did the same thing & the same thing happened and I did not install motion 2 on that computer.

Any ideas???? I have a big project I'm trying to get done....
