DV to PC with USB	Can't Post

I have a new NV-GS70 3CCD Panasonic camcorder.
Is there a way to move the DV to the PC with the supplied usb connection (although I understand it is slower than the Firewire) ?

Nope. Firewire cables are relatively inexpensive. Make sure you get the right kind (either 4 pin to 4 pin or 4 pin to 6 pin, depending on the jacks in your camcorder and computer).
