Funding for high school programs Can't Post

The Radio and Television News Directors Foundation High School Journalism Project (http://www.rtndf.org/resources/highschool.shtml)
is putting together a "tool kit" for new and existing high school electronic journalism programs. We want to share funding sources. I'll tell them about Kid Witness program, various ways for the program to earn money as a self-sustaining business and some grant sources. Can anyone suggest opportunities similar to Kid Witness or specific federal/industry grants that should be included?
