Have money, need space Can't Post

Chaminade, a small private university, has begun a 3-year program to upgrade its teleproduction facilities. Sadly, the space formerly used as a studio has been comverted to a Distance Learning center. So, I'm curious to find out how other people have dealt with similar situations. I have one room that will work nicely as a combination of my office/edit bays/equipment storage. No other dedicated space is available, which makes setting up and using a multi-camera system challenging.
Thoughts?
