Hello,
I have a question about my Hi8 mm tapes. How cna I view them on my computer if possible? Also can I make JPEGS from certain frames somehow?

Need some more information in order to give you a reasonable answer...
Is this Hi8mm in PAL or NTSC format?
Do you already have a camcorder to play the tapes in?
If so, is it a Hi8mm cam or a Digital 8?
Can you give more info about your computer?
