JCV Gr DVF10 computer connection Can't Post

I have a JVC GR DVF10, and I wanted to connect it to my computer. But it doesn't have a usb connection it only has something called a JLIP. How can I connect it to my computer and what video program can I use to edit my videos??

JLIP is a propietary format controlled by JVC. JVC sells the convertor box/cable needed to make a firewire or USB connection. JVC also has edit software. Google "jlip video capture".
I'm not sure how well other systems would work wit JVC, But other options can be found at: www.dazzle.com, www.ulead.com, or if you have a fat wallet try www.avid.com.
