Live TV Broadcast Can't Post

I teach both an intro an advanced TV/video production course. My students produce a weekly TV show that we would like for the whole school to see. For this to happen we need $6397 to purchse the remainder of the equipment, Other than fundraising is their any one out there with any suggestions on how we can get the needed equipment. With the budget cutbacks asking the district is not an option. I hear some companies sponsor HS tv shows.

Re: Live TV Broadcast Can't Post

Hi,
This might be kinda late, I would sell some commerical space in between your breaks. About three years ago I was in TV Productions and one of the ways that we raise money was to create, shoot, edit commericals for local buisnesses that high school kids go to.
One of them was done by a fellow classmate for The AdventureDome for Circus Circus. I believe we got $2000 for the deal, and we aired the commericals for 6 weeks. These are legal because the money raised from it went to our TV Class for new stuff.
