Occasional Destructive Student Can't Post

Hello all,
I have a student this semester that other teachers have warned me about concerning being destructive to software. He did mess up some settings in my Final Cut Pro program that took me some time to fix. He has poor work ethic and if you put him behind the G5, he will make me pay. Don't worry, he is banned from touching the technology and from taking this class again.
My question is this: without him knowing the password to the macs, what can he do? He could save projects to wierd places but that can be found. What if he drags the HD to the trash and emptys it? I don't wish to try this but short of physically damaging a Power Mac G5, how bad can one mess up the software?
Thanks,
Razz

How would he take the HD to the trash? The icons on the desktop are just alias' and don't remove the actual program, app or what ever. Now, I've never tried to trash the HD and I've never tried to create a new alias either so I'm not sure how you would go about doing either one.

It sounds a little too much like this happening more frequently than it should at your school or in your district. Don't your students sign AUPs? I know they still fool in unacceptable and destructive ways Crazy, but then should have privileges taken away for a long time- an "oh well." It sounds like more examples may need to be made and your administration could take a more active role in this and may need to back you up. Keep in touch in the new school year.
