Open Source script writing and pre-production software Can't Post

Hello

This software may be of interest to those teaching video production to Net savvy high school and university students.

It’s a free, open source application for writing scripts and performing pre-production breakdowns. Unlike all the other script writing applications available, including Final Draft, Celtx is ‘Internet aware’, allowing people to add notes, music (MP3s), digital pics (jpegs, etc.) and video clips (QT) to a script - all of which can be shared collaboratively over the Net.

The software has already gained an international user base since its launch this past Fall, having been downloaded in over 50 countries in seven different languages!

Thanks
