Philips DVDR-985 and DVDR-77 are LEMONS Can't Post

Yes I have had the same problems as all you other guys. Mine was repaired 3 times and I was fortunate enough to have the foresight to buy the extended warrantee. The fourth time it was sent in for repair they asked if they could send me their new model, naturally I said yes. Well after spending $800.00 on the 985 and $376.00 on the warrantee I still ended up with a piece of junk. This DVDR77 they sent me will not play a DVD +RW that was recorded on the 985 nor will it play anything I burned on my computer. They come up as a Photo section and I can not do anything, the machine locks up. My son bought a DVDR –985 the same time as I did and he also has exactly the same problems.
Philips sold us all a bunch of lemons and we should all get together, hire a lawyer and see if we can get compensated because we work too hard for the money we earn and all we did was through that money away.
