Recapturing clips with sound Can't Post

By mistake I captured some footage without any sound. How can I capture my
footage with sound without having to log everything again? I haven't been able
to change the audio / video settings so that it digitizes my footage with
sound.
THANKS

Re: Recapturing clips with sound Can't Post

This is only if you're using FCP(you didn't specify the software...it may also work with FCE, I don't know.
Control click on the clip in the browser and select "Make Offline" and Erase from Disk. Scroll to the right in the browser to reveal your clip settings (right now it probably reads "1V". Control click on it and change it to "1V, 2A". You can now capture the clip and it'll pick up the audio and video. To avoid this problemn again go to the Clip Settings Tab in the Log and Capture window and set it to capture Audio + Video.
