Recording from Video to Camcorder Can't Post

Hi, I've got the Sony DCR-TRV19 and I want to record from my Video recorder to my Camcorder, is there any easy way to do this?
Thanks for your help

Just treat the camcorder like any other VCR. Hook up the output cable from the camcorder to the video and audio outputs of the VCR. Set the camcorder's jacks to "INPUT" (check for a small switch by the jack panel). Set the camcorder to "VCR" mode, not Camera mode. Put in a fresh tape. Hit REC on the VCR control panel of your camcorder (on the top of the unit, for many Sony models). Hit Play on your VCR.
